RPO is fully rich aromatic by-products from solvent extracting process to modify physical properties of the vulcanization and to reduce the cost of the finished product.

As component in rubber formulations and manufacturing of products such as automobile tiers, rubber shock absorbers, footwear, industrial hoses, wire and cable coverings, flooring materials and carrier fluid or solvent in manufacture of adhesives, sealants, polishes and carbon black.

RPO - Rubber Processing Oil

Rubber Process Oil Is Driven From Petroleum Crude Oil. It Is Mixtures Of Paraffinic, Naphthenic, And Aromatic Compounds. It Enhances The Processability Of Rubbers And Rubber Compounds Also It Will Help To Reduce Costs.

PARAFFINIC OIL

This Category Of Hydrocarbons Constitutes Branched Chain Or Straight Linked Hydrocarbon Molecules That Are Come From Various Viscosity. As The Chain Length Will Increase, The Viscosity Will Increase, And The Rubber Process Oil Becomes Highly Viscous. In Addition, These Are More Stable And Have The Highest Flash Purpose For A Given Viscosity.


AROMATIC OILS

The Primary Characteristics Of Aromatic Hydrocarbons Are The Presence Of The Double Bonded Mix Ring Carbon Structure. Aromatic Extender Oil Is Well-Known According To Its Viscosity. Also Process Oil (Furfural Extract) Has Color Stability, Solubility, And Good Thermal Stability
